Banking and Financial Services cases I have dealt with tend to fall into two areas. The first is asset finance, where the subject matter is anything that can be purchased with the assistance of a loan. This could be office equipment, plant and machinery, motor cars, shop fittings etc.
The second area is the sale or alleged mis-sale of financial products. This could include mortgages, insurance products, hedging products or swaps, arising either in a business or individual context. Mediation occurs also in the regulatory field, of which I have experience.
