Commercial Contracts

Commercial Contracts

This is a very wide field and comprises a large proportion of my work which is not immediately covered by another category. As a lawyer, whilst having sector expertise in arts, media and entertainment I was a general commercial litigator taking on board anything which the law firm’s practice threw my way.

Thus my wide commercial experience stands well in comprehension of the context of any dispute of a commercial nature whether it be sale of goods, international, IT, telecoms, healthcare or energy.
